  I canceled all of my payments for this account. and I calculated the billing history to check my purchase, but it seems that $48 has not been refunded yet. Could you check it?

  Hi @wldn91520, can you double check your statement to see if the $48 charge is still there? On my end it says that one was processed as a reversal, which would typically just remove the initial charge. That happens if the charge was refunded before it was finalized.
