REFUND?? Horrible access to the support section

Hi,
I need the refund of the subscription charge, I just found out from my accounting you guys charged me again. Last year I took refund few days after I bought the plugin, as it had issues working on our WP website. And I was supposed to be unsubscribed, and now you charged me yearly subscription again. Order ID

From the receipt you provided, the charge is related to a recurring WooCommerce subscription. I recommend contacting the WooCommerce team, as they would have access to your account and be best positioned to assist you with canceling and refunding your account.

Support has finally responded after this post and solved the charge. Not a good experience but it was solved!
