  I need a refund as soon as possible!!! I cancelled my plan three time and confirmed three time! To make sure that I wasn’t getting charged!! And you guys still charged me!! Even though my billing history said you didn’t charged me, YOU did!! Someone need to get on that NOW and refund need to appear back in my account BY end of the night!

  If you are seeing a hold for the amount in question, it should disappear within a day or two.
