  Hi there,

  I have reached out quite a few times to cancel my subscription, cancel my account & refund me for the payments! I have never had anyone get back to me which is ridiculous. Under Consumer Law I am entitled to a full refund due to this being a Customer Service issue not a consumer issue.

  The email address that it is being billed to through paypal is:
  (email visible only to moderators and staff) but it used to be (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I believe the email address associated with the account would be:
  (email visible only to moderators and staff) however I no longer have access to this email!
  My new email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I am looking forward to hearing back from you once the refunds have been processed, my subscription is permanently cancelled & my account is deleted.
