Refund : impossible to get a refund

Hello
I’ve suscribed at the personnal bundle then to the premium offer.
Now i want to be refunded for all those transactions but I only succeed to be refunded of the premium offer… Impossible to get refunded for the personnal bundle.Sorry for my english and thanks for the help.

What is the URL of the domain you refer to please?
You must be logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the site and purchased the upgrade.

I’ve just refunded $35.88 for the Personal plan and there is a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History:

The remaining $63.12 for the Premium plan upgrade was already refunded earlier today.
Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement but the money is on its way :)
