Refund in progress?

    Hi there,
    I wanted to transfer my domain from Wix but the process failed and I don’t see any refund information in my billing history. It’s been about ten days. Is there any way to know if the refund is in progress? Thank you in advance.

    I have issued the refund.

    The refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find the copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

    If you haven’t received the refund even after the said time, let us know and we’ll take a look.

    Thank you, the refund seems to be in progress now according to my billing history as well. I will contact you again if I don’t receive it in two weeks time or so.
