Refund incomplete

I am due a refund as i cancelled my account within the time where 100% refund is due, but i did not receive the full refund. Can someone take a look?

Hi Melanie,
It looks like we’ve already refunded the domain portion of your plan as well via another support request. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
