Refund incorrect prive

Hi there! I recently was issued a refund for 104.52 but the initial cost was 122.52. Can I please have this refund cost adjusted to initial cost charged?

Can you give us any more information about the charge/refund? What i the URL of the site it was applied to?
The issue is that I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
