Refund ineligible !?

    I am very upset at the service I have received. I have tried contacting you multiple times as my cancellation of my plan has not been working. I got charged for the plan I did not want as I do not know how to use WordPress and it is not the right choice for me. I’ve tried cancelling for over three days and every time I do just a circle appears, loading circle. I never pressed except plan or even gave us permission and money has been taken out of my account for a free trial. It has now been over the 14 day period and I am not able to cancel it on the website this is unacceptable. I’ve only use the app once and have been charged an incredible amount of money for something that I don’t even want. Please may you get back to me otherwise I will be taking further action.
