Click the screenshot link below. You would have seen this message at the top of your Manage Purchases page if your cancellation was successful.

You would have also received an email containing the refund information.
For more information on Refunds, please refer the below support documentation.
Please confirm if you had seen the message and received the email regarding the cancellation and refund.

We issued a full refund on 07th May 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement but if you haven’t the money yet, please contact your bank and ask whether there are any processing delays at their end — processing times vary from bank to bank. The transaction ID on the refund receipt can be used to help your bank locate the refund on their system.
