  Hello, I’m planning to help my client subscribe for the business plan as he will need WooCommerce plugin to support eCommerce functions for his business.

  As of now, I am still not entirely sure if WordPress will be a right fit for us, so if let’s say within 30 days, my client or I decide that we do not want to go ahead with WordPress, am I right to assume I may send a refund request through this form and you’ll wire the money back to me?

  Yes, that is correct. Purchases are refundable for 30 days.
