    Hello, I hope this email finds you well
    I tried to get a refund of 96 dlls for canceling my premium plan. (Transaction name: Provisional Credit Reversal-Ref #2504160021399)
    My webpage and email service have been down since January 2025.

Please note that the refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account, and in some regions, it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
     
    If you haven’t received the refund even after the said time, let us know, and we’ll take a look.
