  I recently purchased the domain name zorpheusjrshop.com, hoping it would link to my Shopify account, but that did not work. If you can refund me the $19 I paid for that domain name, that would be greatly appreciated! Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon!

  Hi there,

  There is no need to cancel your domain, it can be connected to Shopify through the domain settings. I used this guide to add the necessary records and you should now see a Shopify page when you visit zorpheusjrshop.com. What I see:

  

  It looks like you have one more step to take over on their side, and then you will be all set!
