  I have canceled my domain registration and my upgrade domain name, I was only refunded $73 from the $99. Will I receive the $26 from the domain registration being canceled as well?

  Hi @meganvillordo, you renewed the plan and a domain name on 2018-09-19, and then initiated the refund 5 days later on 2018-09-24.

  The domain name can only be refunded within the first 48 hours as we cannot get a refund from the registrar after that time. After 48 hours, the refund will be for the Plan price less the domain registration fee.

  Refund a Purchase

  You can use the domain name you registered here, or you can use it on a different site on different hosting by setting the Nameservers to point to that new site on different hosting.

  You can also transfer the domain name to another registrar, if you wish, after 60 days. That 60-day waiting period is an ICANN rule, not ours so there isn’t any way to get around that, but during that 60 day period, you can still use the domain name at a different hosting service and site.
