Refund Insufficient

  I was refunded only $60 AUD of the $90 AUD deducted from my account after cancellation. I would like the remaining $30 AUD please, this is not the year for short changing any one.

  I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
