Refund into account

  Hi there. In late November I had a chat with a WordPress advisor to get a refund on the packages I had purchased. £204 and a £36 top up respectively. I have received the £36 refund but not had the £204 one.

  Hi there!

  Both refunds were processed the same day (November 22), the £204 one was likely processed as a reversal.
  This means that the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge would disappear from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
