Refund is Not Available

    Greetings – My domain was running out and I specifically elected not to renew my domain. When I first made my profile I chose not to have it automatically renew. When I looked through my profile a few days ago, I searched high and low, just in case, and received no indication that it was set to automatically renew, so I thought I was good. Yet, I’m getting billed anyway. I am looking to get a refund for this order and cancel my account for good.

    I attempted to do this in the way your help page instructed me to – it has been less than seven days since the charge was made – but my account says I have made no purchases for this site. If it was not for an emailed receipt and a charge to my bank account after the fact I would have received no indication that I was about to get charged, and no opportunity to stop it before the fact.

    Do you happen to remember the site that the upgrade was connected to? I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
