Refund is not yet credited to my bank account

    i cancelled domain mapping and its been 10 days and money is not yet credited to may bank account

    Hi,

    I can see that you purchased domain mapping, canceled it, then purchased again for another site. One of those payments have been refunded, the other has not. Did you mean to get a refund for the second domain mapping payment as well?

    For the first transaction that we’ve refunded, if you haven’t received it yet, you can contact your credit card issuer for the status of the refund. It can take about two weeks sometimes for a refund to be processed by the payment gateway.

    hi, not the second one I am asking about first one, ya is that possible to get a second as well?

    the first one is not yet credited…

    We’ve already issued a refund for the first payment. It does take a week or two. If you haven’t received it yet, you may contact your credit card issuer regarding the status of this transaction.

    We can cancel the domain mapping for buysadvice.com and refund the second transaction as well. Please confirm if you’d like us to do that.
