Refund Issue?

  Hi all!

  I have just purchased a domain here for $17 an hour ago but I guess it is way too complicated for me. I have sent an email a few minutes ago about getting a refund. Would that be possible? If so, how many hours would it take me to get a credit back? Thanks! More power to wordpress!

  I’ll tag this thread for staff attention. With domain names, you have two days and the date on this thread or on the email will serve as proof you asked within the two days.

  Before you do that you should realize that it’s working just fine. It always takes a few hours to settle down, but I see your new domain name perfectly.

  Thanks for the help. Yes, I also see it’s working fine but I am also planning to put in Google Adsense and I think it isn’t possible here, is it?

  That’s right, it’s not. But since you OWN the domain name, and don’t want to lose it, don’t ask for a refund for the name itself; just for the mapping. Then you can apply it to your new blog.

  Gotcha @raincoaster. So I can ask for a refund for the domain mapping which is $12? How can I use the domain name for a new blog then? Sorry for being too inquisitive. I’m a newbie here. :) Thanks!

  You’ll need to be logged in as the user who purchased the domain to see the contact form.

  Already did. Daryl sent me an email just a few hours ago.

  Said he’ll process a refund for me once I confirm the refund details. You have the most responsive customer support ever! :)
