Refund issue

  Dear Sir or Madam,

  The 25 of January, I cancelled my WordPress Premium for whitecocotte.wordpress.com and must received my refund of £74. Today, the refund is still not on my account.

  Thank you to do the necessary as soon as possible.

  Hi Claire,

  I cancelled my WordPress Premium for whitecocotte.wordpress.com and must received my refund of £74

  I had a look at your account and there aren’t any Premium plan purchases on the account you are logged in to (storiesotb) or for the site whitecocotte.wordpress.com. Could the purchase have been made for another site, using a different account?

  Let me know and we’ll go from there.

  No, I will be pleased to send emails and proof that I paid on my bank account but since the email regarding my “refund”, my purchase on my account had been deleted and I never had my refund so I’m just feel screwed and really upsetting to do it on a forum and not by email with an employee of WP.

  I’m an employee of WordPress.com. Most issues (for Free plans) can be resolved on these forums which is why I asked for more information. But in this case I will contact you by email so you don’t have to share any personal information in a public place.
