Refund issue

Your “Contact Us” links all re-route back to the generic FAQ page. This is ridiculous that I cannot contact someone directly. I was set up on on auto renew but am no longer with my previous organization, nor do I have access to the company credit card that was used for the site. It renewed today and I canceled it today but there was no option to request a refund for the $99. I need that refunded to the card that was used since it is not my card anymore and I canceled on the day of renewal.

Canceling and refunding purchases
There are no prorated refunds. Refunds https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/ are time limited.
• WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund from date of purchase on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
• The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.
• It takes 7 – 10 business days and depending where you live from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received after canceling an upgrade and requesting one.You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel any upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew. Canceling domains
It is important to know that cancelled domains are not released by the registrar immediately. Also note that here’s no guarantee you’ll be able to use a domain again as it may be sold to someone else. Therefore you should cancel a domain, if and only if, you are sure you do not wish to use it again. -

I did everything you typed as I had already read the procedures. As I mentioned, there was NOT a refund option and I DID cancel the SAME DAY as the renewal which is today. I need to know how to get the refund since the process described is not what actually showed up when I canceled. Again, there was not an option for refund which is the issue since I am well within the 48 hours.

I see the renewal of the premium plan on checkerzblog.com recently processed. The upgrade has not been cancelled yet, but I can help you with that. Please let me know if you have plans to use checkerzblog.com again in the future.
