Refund issue

    I’d like a full refund please.

    I was unable to customise and set up my new website for the first couple of days after purchase. I was informed via popups that it would take a few days for the site to be fully functional. Because of this I missed out on a full refund.

    Hi loz1000,

    Your account shows you cancelled loz.world. Do you wish to use this domain on another site hosted elsewhere, or do you no longer need it all? Once a domain has been released there is no guarantee you will be able to register it again, so I wanted to double check.

    If the domain is no longer needed, just reply to me here and I can issue a refund.

    Refunds usually take 7-14 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds (outside of the US) can take a few extra days.
