REFUND ISSUE

    I RECENTLY WAS CHARGED FOR THE PREMIUM PLAN. I THOUGHT I HAD SELECTED NOT TO BE CHARGED FOR THIS. YOU GUYS ALREADY CANCELLED THIS FOR ME, HOWEVER, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REFUND AS OF YET. CAN I GET THAT PLEASE? THANKS!

    You filed a dispute with either PayPal or your bank, so we have issued you a chargeback fee.

    Can you please contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to cancel the dispute. If you’re able to do that and they haven’t refunded the charge yet, we’ll be able to remove the chargeback fee and issue you a refund which would take 7-10 business days. However, if the chargeback has already been completed, i.e. your bank is refunding you, then you will need to pay the fee to unlock your site and disputes can take a long time, so you could possibly not receive your refund for up to 75 days. Please let me know if you’re able to cancel the dispute with your bank.

    Your stats and your content are all safe. But because chargebacks are a very serious matter we lock any site with a pending chargeback until the matter is resolved. You can find more information here:

    Hi there. thanks for the response. I checked with PayPal and they have closed the dispute. so I just need you guys to issue that refund of $96.00 back to me. thanks so much, please let me know once you have done so, so I will know when to look for it.

    Thank you for closing the dispute. It takes a day or two for the dispute closure to reach us, so if you initiated a refund request before placing the dispute, a refund should be processed from our end once our system is updated with the closed dispute.

    I don’t think I initiated the request before placing the dispute because I didn’t know how to reach out to you guys. However, I did ask afterward. This won’t affect anything right? I’ll still be able to get my refund?

  • Yes, you will be able to receive your refund, but in this instance, the upgrades are normally added back to your account when the dispute is closed. We may need to cancel the subscription at that point and manually issue the refund. Please reach out to us in 48 hours to verify that the dispute is closed, and we’ll verify that the refund has been initiated.

  • PayPal has not yet reported the resolution to us, we will not be able to proceed until they do. This can sometimes take a few days.

    We’ve been notified by PayPal that your dispute was closed and the payment was returned to us, so I have just refunded it. You should see this refund in about 5-10 business days (if not already), and your refund may appear on your PayPal account and not the credit card itself.
