Refund Issue

    Hi there, I selected ‘refund’ under the product that was purchased by a customer and they never got the refund. Please help!

    Hi there,

    Refunds usually take about 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. I’m calling in staff to look further into it

    It has been more than 5-10 days and they still haven’t received it. Under the order it states the refund number, as well as the time and the date that the refund was issued. However, they never got it.
    There is no “Refund” stated under Order notes on the right side of my order though. Not sure if it’s supposed to as I’ve never issued a refund before..

    I would be happy to look into this but the upgrade that was purchased and refunded is not associated with the account you contacted us from. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look check on the refund for you.
