Refund Issue

    Hello there, I canceled my website because I did not use it anymore. But couple of days ago WordPress renew my website and took my money for a yearly packet.

    Then, I canceled and refund it but my money did not receive yet.

    Is my all process done? could you please check it out?

    Hi there,

    I see that we issued that refund two days ago. You should see that refund on your statement within 10 business days.
