refund issue

    I got a refund a month ago and nothing went into my bank account until today and I have the receipt

    I can see that the refund was issued on our end on July 11, 2025. It usually takes 7 to 10 days for a refund to appear on your bank statement, and all refunds are returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.

    If your card has been canceled or the account closed, please contact your bank about accessing the refund.

    If your card is not canceled and your account is active and you haven’t received the refund on your bank statement yet, I recommend reaching out to your bank to check why it hasn’t been processed.

    If they confirm that the issue is on our side, please let us know and we’ll be glad to investigate further.
