Refund issue about the personal plan an upgrade

    Hello,

    I joined on WordPress.com twenty days ago and subscribed to the personal plan 4€/month offer.

    I was looking for the features I could have with wordpress.org, but I didn’t know that, so I’ve upgraded my offer towards Premium plan and agreed to pay, because I thought this is what I had to do.

    Then, I discovered later that what I was looking for was on wordpress. ORG and not .COM

    I was able to cancel my premium plan upgrade with a click of cancellation, but after this, it moved me towards the free Plan, without possibility of clicking to cancel the Personal plan which I had signed at the beginning.

    So here is my question : Can I have a full refund, or only a refund for the premium plan upgrade ?

    I made the cancellation 3 days after the payment, but on my bank account I can see that wordpress took me 48€ three other days after the cancellation.

    Hi There!

    I also have paid 12 months for the personal plan, due next year August. Can I have a refund for month of December – August 2018 so I can upgrade to Premium?
