Refund issue, urgent help needed

I have been charged with 35.88 dollars for subscription. When I cancelled I was refunded 9 dollars.
I cancelled domain and i wanted rest of the fee back, since I will not use the subscription, but instead i was charged with 26 dollars again and I cannot see that in my transaction history.
Please connect me with WordPress staff.Please help

One more thing,I have been charged with 26 dollars for something, I don’t know for what(other than first 35.88 dollar), and that is not reflected in payments history.

I only see two $35.88 charges in your account history, for your purchase of the Personal Plan last year, and the renewal charge yesterday. Your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing likewise shows receipts for those two charges, and then receipts for the two refunds we issued.
The second refund @fstat processed was for $26, as that’s the cost of the domain. Is that perhaps the transaction you’re speaking of?
If it’s definitely a new charge, then it is for an upgrade in a different account. Do you own any other domains on WordPress.com or have any other sites that you can think of that might belong to a different username?

Ya, I have another account but that’s hosted on GoDaddy, not associated with WordPress.
I was charged 26 dollar specifically with WordPress, but I can’t see that in payment history.
Pasting the message I got26.00 USD was spent on Card (removed card name) on 14-MAY-18 at WORDPRESS [redacted ID].

Thanks, I looked up that transaction by the ID you listed and confirmed it was in fact refunded. I’ve sent a receipt for the refund.
If the bank is marking that as a charge, can you double check to see if there’s an issue on their end?
