  Hi, its past 15working days and am yet to receive my refund. i have my statement of account from the bank. Pls, where do i send necessary evidence to?

  Good morning –

  This refund was processed on December 17th, 2018. The normal time frame is about 10 days, but this can vary depending on your bank. Please contact them to inquire about their processing times. They will be able to tell you when they are going to release the funds in to your account and how it will appear on your statement.
