refund issues

I was charged for my account on the 7th and just saw it today. so I went in the cancel and get a refund. They say because I canceled first I can’t talk to a real human, this company is so awful. This is why I’m leaving. No support. It says I should see my refund in my billing history. Which it is not showing. Can any one help? thanks.

I have checked your account and found that the Business plan for the site was renewed on 7th July 2025 and then canceled on 22nd July 2025. As the cancelation was made outside the refund window ( of 14 days), there was no refund initiated automatically.
That said, I have issued a full refund of $300. The refund may take up to 4-10 working days to appear in your account, and in some regions it may take more than 2 weeks. You can find a copy of the refund receipt in your Billing History: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing
