  I was charged a late fee $80 to renew my domain and I decided I didn’t want it anymore after purchasing. Can I have this refunded?

  The redemption fee is non-refundable in the case of a successful redemption, should you decide to cancel the domain after it is redeemed which is what happened in this case.

  We can restore the domain if you choose – you would just need to repay the annual registration fee of $18 as that amount was already refunded to you.
