Refund me

    Hello,

    I have been charged to my PayPal from this site for 3 years and I did not authorize this. I used this for a school project 3 years ago and was unaware that I would be charged for the next 3 years or I would not have agreed to sign up for it. Please refund my money this is absurd that you have taken 150 dollars from me with little knowledge to me. My PayPal is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Again, I did not authorize these charges and have not used your offerings in years so please cancel my account and refund my money.

    Note that After processing, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement

    Hi there,

    You filed a dispute with either PayPal or your bank, so we have issued you a chargeback fee.

    Can you please contact your bank or credit card company and ask them to cancel the dispute. If you’re able to do that and they haven’t refunded the charge yet, we’ll be able to remove the chargeback fee and issue you a refund which would take 7-10 business days. However, if the chargeback has already been completed, i.e. your bank is refunding you, then you will need to pay the fee to unlock your site and disputes can take a long time, so you could possibly not receive your refund for up to 75 days. Please let me know if you’re able to cancel the dispute with your bank.
