refund / migrating to new host

  I just renewed my bundle, but now want to install an outside theme. Can I request a partial refund on the bundle, so that I may migrate my site to another host/server and associate with WordPress.org, to allow for a custom theme to be implemented?

  WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

  Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  Hello – I bought my wordpress subscription with the pro bundle today and find out the 3rd party template that i really liked cannot be used on this site. The only reason I moved to WordPress from Blogger was to use the template I found and now it appears I can not use it? Whats up with this? If there is not a simple way for me to get to use this template then I require a refund and I will return to Blogger. My account with wordpress is www,equitymaxxcommercial.com. Please respond asap so I can get on with what I am trying to do. Please reach me through (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  If you are not successful when searching there is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard, but do note that the premium theme must be active and you must be signed in as the user who purchased it in order to see it and post to it.
