REFUND MISSING

  I recently upgraded my blog but decided to cancel and have not received a refund nor have i received any email since I did this. Please help, not sure what to do or how to get my money back

  Your refund issue is something for a staff member to address, so I’ve tagged this for their review.

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and see that the Premium upgrade was successfully canceled and refunded. It may take some time (sometimes about 2 weeks) for that refund to appear on your bank statement, but you can find the refund receipt in your Billing History.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help!
