Refund Missing

  Hi,

  I cancelled my purchases and received an email confirmation that the refunded was issued. It showed up as pending on my bank, but today (3 days later), the original payment was processed but the pending refund transaction disappeared from my bank statement. Please let me know what happened, and if I’ll still get the refund.

  Thank you for reaching out. I checked the status of your refund, and it was submitted on January 2nd. The refund has been processed through our payment processor, and you can track it on your account page here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  Typically, banks take 7-10 business days to reflect refunds. I recommend waiting until that time frame has passed for the refunds to appear in your account. If, after this period, you still don’t see the refunds, feel free to reach out to us. We can provide you with information that your bank’s staff can use to track the refund. Alternatively, you can contact your bank directly and inquire about the status.
