  I wanna ask about this RECEIPT ID

  in Dec 19-2018 I didn’t get my money in bank account yet !! it should be in myu account in 7 work day and today it 09 January

  Depending on how you paid for the upgrade, it can take 7-10 working days for it appear, longer if you are outside the US, or up to 2 billing cycles if you paid by credit card. If it takes longer than that you’ll want to check with your bank.

  @memarchitect please check with your bank to confirm whether they simply voided the transaction. I can see it was refunded within minutes of being charged, and in cases like that the charge is sometimes just removed altogether rather than listed as refunded.
