Refund money

  Hi,

  I am sending you a message regarding to ask what is about money refund? After when I cancelled my web domen you sent me a mail March 16, that you wil refund money in the meantime, 7-12 days, but you did not. Can you give me more information what is problem about?

  Hi there,

  We processed the refund back to you on 3/16 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end.
