  Hi, in 25 April cencel my payment. Money taken from my bank.
  I want ask when refund my money? Already passed nine days.

  Refunds can take upto 14 days or 1-2 billing statements to appear.

  Hi there,

  Refunds typically take around 10 business days, not calendar days, so two weeks is a better estimate, as @optidusprime indicated above. This delay is also not on our end, but on your bank’s as it’s the time they take to process the refund. With non-US banks it can sometimes even take longer.

  If your refund isn’t showing in your account yet by Monday next week, please follow up with your bank directly.
