Sir, I had purchased a domain with hosting from your end in the domain name http://www.taxsoftware.co.in, and further I had cancelled the upgrade and willing to get the money refund. But till now your Money have not received by me. Please Look in to the matter

Refunds can take 10-12 business days to arrive but international refunds (outside the US) can take a little longer.

We issued a refund on 8th May 2018 and there is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to show on your statement, although international refunds outside the US can take a little longer. The money has been sent from our side so please contact your bank to check whether there are any delays in processing on their end.

Madam, I am sure that no money has yet refund for my blog in the name of http://www.taxsoftware.co.in which was I purchased on 8th May 2018 from your end, and this domain cancel 10th May 2018, so how to refund money as stated that 8th May?
For your kind information that I have tow time purchased a Domain from your end in the name of http://www.tdstax.co.in, this is also canceled and asking to you please refund the money. I received only $81 on 8th may 2018, but the 2nd time I have purchased and refund the money of $96 is now pending. Please look into the matter, I had already checked my Banker with my Bank Pass Book, there has no entry after 10th May 2018. Please check your account -

The Premium Plan which you bought on May 4 and cancelled on May 8 has already been refunded to the amount of $81, as you did not cancel the connected domain at the same time. You can view a receipt for that refund here:

If it does not reflect on your bank statement yet, please contact your bank, as we do not control how long they take to process it on their end.
The domain connected to that plan, tdstax.in, also bought on May 4 was cancelled on May 17. Domains are only refundable for 48 hours after purchase, and the $15 cost of that domain was not refunded.
There is no such domain as taxsoftware.co.in appearing your account history. Only tdstax.in and taxsoftware.co, both of which were cancelled after their respective refund periods.
taxsoftware.co was purchased on 21 April and cancelled on 4 May. It’s cost of $33 has also not been refunded.
