  Hi –

  Occasionally it can take longer than the estimated ten days to get your refund.

  On September 1st we processed a refund for $180.00. Please give it a few more days.

  I’d also suggest talking to your financial party about the refund. Sometimes they take 1 or 2 billing cycles to release the money to you. They’ll also be able to tell you how it’s going to appear on your statement.
