    I see a failed charge for your account on 11 November, but as that charge never completed, we never received any payment.

    If you see a $1 charge on your card, that’s likely a pre-authorisation check that was done on PayPal’s end to see whether or not the card in question could be charged. Those are typically refunded automatically after a few days, or else the original charge should just be cancelled and removed from your final statement.

    But we don’t have that $1, and we have no ability to refund that from our end.
