Thank you for getting in touch. I can see that we did release the funds to your banking provider on 2022-12-18. We don’t have any insights or control over when they’ll release that money in to your account. This can sometimes take up to 2 billing cycles. The best thing to do is reach out to them directly and ask how it will appear on your statement so you can confirm when it is received.
