Refund my latest transaction for Akismet

    I was recently billed for Akismet upgrade but it does not show as an upgrade on my account. I can’t find were the transaction is defined. I will report to my bank as an unauthorized transaction if I don’t here back from you shortly.

    Hi there. There’s no place on WordPress.com where you can buy an Akismet upgrade. You need a WordPress.com account to use Akismet, but you buy Akismet services directly from their website. Have you tried contacting them directly about this? http://akismet.com/contact/

    If you’re sure you’ve been charged by WordPress.com specifically, let me know.
