Refund My Money Please – attention staff

  Hi over a week ago Thursday 4th August I purchased a Domain name of huwpayscashforhouses.com, but wanted to change the name to Rhode Island Property Wholesale and cancelled the huwpayscashforhouses.com domain within the 48hrs and was refunded in full. However I since noticed that I have been billed without my permission of $25 over this weekend. Please can you explain why I have been billed and I would like a refund Please.
  I have yet to purchased the new domain and don’t want to until this is resolved.
