  I wanted to unsubscribe but I missed the deadline and WordPress charged £30 for a year using a domain I haven’t used for so long – I don’t need it anymore. How is it possible?

  Hello there, if you go into your account settings and click the Manage Purchases tab you are able to request a refund and turn off auto renewal if you have that on as well. Keep in mind that there is a 30 day refund policy for plans, and 48 hours for custom domains. After this time period it is not possible to receive a refund.

  Hi –

  What is the domain which you were charged for? Please share that information.

  I’ve looked over this account and there has never been any domains registered there. Just a free site with a custom design upgrade. That custom design upgrade has not been renewed. The last payment that we collected for it was 2018-03-02 .
