  Hi,
  I just purchased a $99 upgrade package that I’d like to cancel.. I actually want a wordpress.org site so I can upload a custom theme for my real estate blog.
  Please help.

  You’re all set! I’ve gone ahead and canceled your domain and Value bundle and refunded you the full $99. You should see it appearing back on your billing statement in the next few days.
