Refund need for Business Plan but can’t speak to a human about it!

I recently was notified that this domain I had a business plan for charge me $300+ and I realized I don’t use this site anymore so I want to cancel and get a refund. Now that I’m trying to get a refund, I can’t get human agent. The ai agent says that a refund is well within my 14 days of purchase. The ai agent also says that I can only get a human agent if I have a business plan! How do I NOT have a business plan when they just take $300+!
