Refund needed

    I ordered domain mapping for brendanlsmith.com, but I decided to create the website with another company so I need a $13 refund to my credit card that was charged. My username is brendanlsmith and the domain mapping was purchased on Oct. 19, but the wordpress website is claiming that I can’t get a refund even though it’s within the refund period. Please handle this refund and email me back with a receipt. It’s impossible to find a customer service email address or phone number on the website.

    Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.

    You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard, cancel an upgrades, claim a refund for any qualified upgrades, and disable auto-renew.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades.     Hi Supernovia,
    We have a similar issue – can you help us please? We were charged premium upgrade, but do not want it. We cancelled as soon as we received the invoice, but have not received the refund. We did the process and second time and still have not received any refund. Now we cant get any support without being a premium customer – our account has us listed without the upgrade, and yet no refund!
    If you are not able to help us please can you tell us what to do? Many thanks
