  Hey guys. It appears that I have bought a wrong woocommerce extension. I need to repurchase https://woocommerce.com/products/pdf-product-vouchers/ how do I refund my current one? I bought it today. Live chat option is not enabled for me.

  You can cancel and refund your current purchase at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/my-subscriptions/

  I am afraid it does not work.
  My email is already verified (I cannot do it again) and re-loging to https://woocommerce.com/ does not help either.

  The email is verified and reloging as instructed does not help either.

  And then once you are there, choose the “I have a question about a specific extension or theme I’d like to purchase” option on that page.

  This option will sent a message to our pre-sales team (the form is not blocked) and from there if you can just let them know your issue they will correctly route you to the proper support department.

  Please also mention the email verification issue so they can take a look at that as well, thanks!
