Refund needed and don't know how

The $12 upgrade was not needed for what I want to do. I have looked around the site and am not sure how to go about getting the refund. I know there is a 48 hours time frame. Pleas help. Thanks!

You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard, or contact support to request a refund.
